HP/Agilent N6752A-054 Autoranging DC Power Module, 50V, 10A, 100W Option 054 – High Speed Test Extensions
The Agilent N6752A family of high-performance, autoranging DC power modules provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. In addition, Agilent has for the first time included high-speed test extension in general purpose power supplies (option 054). The high-speed test extension offers an oscilloscope-like digitizer that simplifies system configuration and increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT). In addition, autoranging output capabilities enable one power supply to do the job of several traditional power supplies.

Keysight 81101A Pulse Generator, 50 MHz
The Agilent 81101A 50 MHz single-channel Pulse Generator is the economy, entry-level instrument of the 81100 family. All timing parameters (repetition rate, delay, width and transitions) are variable.
The instrument comprises a PLL oscillator that enables the repetition rate to be kept within 0.01% accuracy.
Double-pulses and pulse bursts are available. All pulses can be triggered externally when the PLL is turned off. Bursts can also be triggered by the internal PLL if it is not in use as the repetition-rate generator. An external width (pulse recovery) mode is available, too.
The selectable 50/1000 Ohm source resistance allows output amplitudes up to 10 or 20 Vpp respectively into a 50 Ohm load
