RF/Microwave Signal Routing Systems
Designed to Exacting Specifications
Testing communications devices and systems requires a broad range of
possible signal routing configurations, so it can be difficult for test engineers
to create the exact configurations they need using standard products.
That’s why Keithley offers System 40 RF/Microwave Signal Routing
Systems, which are designed and built to customer specifications.
Applications for the System 40 include testing a broad range of telecommunications
products, including cellular and cordless phones, pagers,
specialized mobile radios, and base stations for these products. These
systems are also suitable for digital ICs, including SONET speeds, medical
wireless products, specialized antenna systems, and RF components.

ILX Lightwave LDC-3926559 Temperature Control Module
The LDC-3926559 contains a single six ampere independent temperature controller that drives a thermoelectric cooler (TEC). The temperature controller features a bi-polar current driver that works with most TEC modules to deliver precise temperature control over a wide range of temperatures. The temperature controller operates using only thermistor-type temperature sensors. The LDC-3926559 features a TEC module voltage measurement, selection of thermistor current range, and control loop gain adjustment from 1 to 127.

Five models with current ranges from 200mA to 100 amps are available. Each instrument contains built-in current shunts rated for the higher of the two current ranges specified. Three displays simultaneously indicate the TRMS current, TRMS voltage and True (ElcosO) watts for the selected 0 or channel. Display selections include VAW for 20 or 30 individual phases, total multiphase power, and VAW for 10 or dual channel applications.
