The MP1632C Digital Analyzer is a compact lightweight analyzer combining a transmitter and receiver for performing error detection of high-speed digital data up to 3.2 GHz. This analyzer can measure both continuous and burst signals, which are used in optical circuit tests which cannot be handled by conventional BERTs. Ideal alternative to HP 71603B.
The Agilent 34946A microwave switch for the 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit offers bi-directional switching for test signals from DC to 20 GHz. These switches provide excellent insertion loss, isolation, and VSWR specification. The microwave switches are configured as two independent 1×2 (SPDT) terminated switches on a single module. For general-purpose microwave switching applications, the module can be used to switch separate signal sources for a multi-band receiver/transmitter testing application.

The Agilent N6752A family of high-performance, autoranging DC power modules provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. In addition, Agilent has for the first time included high-speed test extension in general purpose power supplies (option 054). The high-speed test extension offers an oscilloscope-like digitizer that simplifies system configuration and increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT). In addition, autoranging output capabilities enable one power supply to do the job of several traditional power supplies.
