The HP/Agilent Keysight 34921A module for the 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit is the most versatile multiplexer for general purpose scanning. It has low thermal offset characteristics and a built-in thermocouple reference on the terminal block, making it ideal for temperature measurements directly to the internal DMM. The dense, multi-function switching with 100 channel/second scan rates addresses a broad spectrum of data acquisition applications.
Four additional fused inputs (44 channels total) route up to 1A of current to the internal DMM, allowing AC and DC current measurements without the need for external shunt resistors. Standard 50-pin Dsub connectors allow for use with standard cables, terminal blocks, or mass interconnect solutions.

The Agilent E5381A flying lead set is the tool to use when probing points are dispersed on your target or a probing point was not designed in. This probe comes with a variety of high performance accessories that can be used to connect to designed in connectors or solder attached to surface mount components, vias, pads, traces and other PC board features. This probe can be used with any Agilent logic analyzer with a 90-pin cable connector.
The wide band, dual channel, multiphase wattmeter family is an ideal solution for power measurements in high current, poly-phase, high frequency applications. Five models with current ranges from 200mA to 100 amps are available. Each instrument contains built-in current shunts rated for the higher of the two current ranges specified. Three displays simultaneously indicate the TRMS current, TRMS voltage and True (ElcosO) watts for the selected 0 or channel. Display selections include VAW for 20 or 30 individual phases, total multiphase power, and VAW for 10 or dual channel applications.
The Agilent 5087A distribution amplifier provides the flexibility required for distributing signals from the output of high-quality frequency standards. Low distortion and excellent isolation make it ideal for providing multiple outputs from atomic or crystal frequency standards. The three input channels will accept 10 MHz or 5 MHz. The number of outputs for each channel is selectable up to a total of 12. Voltage levels are individually adjustable from 0 Vrms to 3 Vrms for each of the output channels.
Because the 5087A is modular, you can configure it for a variety of distribution needs using special combinations of input and output modules. Shielding around each input and output plug-in amplifier ensures minimum noise and crosstalk. The tuned output amplifiers provide clean signals and high channel-to channel isolation. A 115/230 VAC power supply provides well-regulated current for the amplifiers. Line voltage fluctuations have no measurable effect on the amplitude or phase of the outputs. Provision for external 22-30 Vdc connections ensures uninterrupted operation in the event of AC failure.

The Agilent 8508A vector voltmeter is a fully automatic tuned receiver that makes RF voltage and phase measurements easy. Its narrowband measuring technique gives a dynamic range of over 90 dB and a sensitivity of 10 micro V to trace even the smallest signal. This vector voltmeter also measures the phase difference between its two input channels with at least 0.1 degree resolution over a full +180 to -180 degree range, so they can be used for another complete set of measurements – such as electrical length, phase distortion, or impedance.
