An innovative series of oscilloscopes, the TDS series are built upon the digitizing oscilloscope platform, featuring multi-processor speed and flexibility, advanced acquisition and triggering capabilities and a unique graphical user interface for intuitive operation.
The TDS540B combines the performance needed with the ease of use demanded by customers in digital design; research and development; electromechanical design; high speed component development and characterization; and telecommunications design and automated test.
The TDS540B offers a sample rate of 2 GS/s, and a bandwidth of 500 MHz. Each of the four channels has a 50 K record length and sensitivity of 1mV to 10V.
