The Rohde Schwarz NRV-Z6 is a 50 Ohm, 20 mW, 50 MHz to 26.5 GHz High Sensitivity Diode Power Sensor.
The NRV-Z Series of high-sensitivity power sensors based on zero-bias Schottky diodes open up the power range below 1μW down to the physical limit of 100 pW (−70 dBm).
