The Newport 630A-2 Rod-Mounted Kinematic Mirror Mount mounts right onto a standard 1.5″ rod, such as the Newport model 40 and Newport model 45 and offers high-resolution Kinematic positioning of up to 2″ optics with the 2 Newport micrometers. These micrometers position the mirror with a tip/tilt action. It has a heavy aluminum plate in which the optic is mounted, which can be machined to accept larger mirrors or other optical components
