Description
The Melles Griot 07 TXS 724 aluminum crossed-roller-bearing stages are designed for high-performance linear translation and can handle heavier loads than their ball-bearing counterparts. These stages are constructed with precision cylindrical rollers in hardened steel V-groove ways. Each stage has two different mounting hole patterns designed for compatibility with most other manufacturers’ linear and rotary stages. This dual pattern also allows users to mount the stages either in line with the hole pattern on an optical table, or between the hole pattern. Stages can be stacked in x-y configurations using the included OrthoPin alignment pins. The OrthoPins maintain orthogonality at better than 5 arc minutes.
