- Current Range: ±19.995 µA to ±101.00 mA across decade ranges, with a minimum resolution down to 5 nA steps.
- Compliance Voltage: Programmable bipolar voltage limit from 1 V to 105 V in 1 V steps (default is 3 V) to protect sensitive devices under test.
- Stepped Ramps & Sweeps: Features manual or automatic increment/decrement functions with selectable dwell times ranging from 50 ms to 999.9 seconds per step.
- Display: 4½-digit LED display showing current and compliance voltage.
- Interface Options: Supports the optional Model 2243 IEEE Interface for remote programming, local lockout, and digital I/O control.
