NEW Keithley Model 2400 General Purpose SourceMeter – Calibrated
The Keithley Model 2400 SourceMeter® is a 20W instrument that allows sourcing and measuring voltage from ±5µV (sourcing) and ±1µV (measuring) to ±200V DC and current from ±10pA to ±1A. It’s well-suited for testing a wide range of devices, including diodes, resistors, resistor networks, active circuit protection devices, and portable battery-powered devices and components. It’s also useful for systems power sourcing and I DDQ testing applications.

The Keithley 71/2-digit Model 2010 Low Noise Multimeter combines high resolution with the high speed and accuracy needed for production applications such as testing precision sensors, transducers, A/D and D/A converters, regulators, references, connectors, switches, and relays. Based on the same high speed, low noise A/D converter technology as the Models 2000, 2001, and 2002, the 2010 is the latest addition to Keithley’s Series 2000 line of high performance digital multimeters.

The Keithley Model 2000 61/2-digit Multimeter is part of Keithley’s family of high performance DMMs. Based on the same high speed, low noise A/D converter technology as the Model 2001 and 2002, the 2000 is a fast, accurate, and highly stable instrument that’s as easy to operate as it is to afford. It combines broad measurement ranges with superior accuracy specifications — DC voltage from 100nV to 1kV (with 0.002% 90-day basic accuracy) and DC resistance from 100µO to 100MO (with 0.008% 90-day basic accuracy). Optional switch cards enable multiplexing up to 20 different input signals for multipoint measurement applications.

The TTi 1906 is a true 5.5 digit meter with a scale length of ± 210,000 counts. This gives it not just superior resolution relative to 4.5 digit meters, but much higher effective accuracy as well. With a maximum resolution of 1mV, 1mW and 1nA, the 1906 is ten times more sensitive than a 4.5 digit meter. This extra senstivity enables accurate measurements to be made in areas previously impossible such as thermocouple junctions, switch contact resistance or capacitor leakages. The 1906 provides True RMS ac response which gives accurate measurements regardless of the waveform shape. The wide bandwidth voltage attenuator provides high accuracy within the audio band and gives extended response to avoid distortion when measuring switching waveforms.

The 1382 Random Noise Generator provides white, pink, or ANSI noise spectrum with variable output up to 3 V rms. It covers the 20Hz to 50kHz frequency range and ptovides Gaussian distribution and white, pink, or ANSI spectra. The output is 3 V RMS (balanced, unbalanced, or floating).
Read MoreTektronix 496 Portable Spectrum Analyzer, 1 kHz to 1.8 GHz
The 496 provides high performance spectrum analysis and measurements in the 1 kHz to 1.8 GHz range. Its high stability and 80 dB dynamic range meet your demands for proof-of-performance measurements, on site or on the bench.
Resolution bandwidth can be varied from 1 MHz to 30 Hz over the entire frequency range. Automatic phase lock stabilization reduces incidental FM to 10 Hz p-p; phase noise sidebands are at least -75dBc at 30 times the resolution bandwidth offset. Frequency drift with phase lock is typically 1 kHz in ten minutes after 30-minute warm-up. And the 496 provides 1 kHz frequency resolution in Delta-F mode.
