The N5306A is a key component of the E2960 family of PCIe test solutions. It is an I/O module that fits into the N5540A or N5541A N2X chassis. The N5306A supports x1 through x8 PCIe links. With two modules combined, it can probe a x16 PCIe link.
The N5306A can be used with a wide range of probing options, including mid-bus, slot interposer, and flying leads probes.
