The Agilent 54753A plug-in provides a 20-GHz channel and an 18-GHz channel for the Agilent 86100A Infiniium DCA. This plug-in has a built-in TDR step generator. The addition of the second vertical channel provides capability of performing single-ended TDT measurements as well as TDR measurements.
