Keysight 1154A Differential Probe, 500 MHz
The Agilent 1154A is a FET input differential probe with 500 MHz bandwidth and greater than 40 dB CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio) at 10 MHz. The 1154A offers the flexibility of 10X gain and 10:1 attenuation for a maximum of 100:1 attenuation.
