Anritsu 36585K K Precision AutoCal, 70 kHz to 40 GHz, w/Option 2MF – K (male) to K (female)

April 23, 2013

This kit includes option 2MF – K (male) to K (female)
The 36585 Series Precision AutoCal provides the highest performance calibration, barring the use of multiple airlines for an LRL coaxial calibration. The latter is used only by metrology centers due to its tedious nature, requiring the manual insertion of center conductors and outer shells of multiple beadless air lines. However, because the AutoCal calibration method is a transfer method that is based on the LRL Calibration, it provides better corrected characteristics than any SOLT manual calibration, even if using a Sliding Load. Coupled with the fact that automatic calibrations are much faster and less error-prone than manual calibrations, the precision AutoCal becomes the preferred VNA calibration method for all applications, from R&D to Manufacturing.

Keysight 4286A – RF LCR Meter with Test Fixture

August 10, 2018

The HP/Agilent 4286A RF LCR Meter offers accurate and reliable measurements. The HP 4286A employs a RF I-V measurement technique, as opposed to the reflection measurement technique, yielding an accurate impedance measurement that extends way beyond 50 Ohms.

The 4286A provides you with an accurate impedance measurement capability for RF inductors, especially for nH values. Q measurement accuracy has been improved due to HP’s advanced calibration technique; typical Q accuracy is 6% @ 100 MHz (Q=100). You can reduce the design uncertainty by measuring your devices true impedance values at operating conditions.

Keysight 83752A Synthesized Sweeper, 0.01 – 20 GHz – Calibrated

August 10, 2018

Includes Fresh Calibration.

The Agilent 83752A sweeper brings outstanding synthesized performance to the component-test marketplace. It delivers the best performance for the price in general purpose benchtop, swept test or scalar applications. This sweeper provides superior accuracy and stability while maintaining the speed of an analog source. Fully synthesized CW, stepped and ramp sweep modes are available in broadband and narrowband operation. The synthesis capability is particularly useful for the characterization of narrowband devices, in which the frequency instabilities of open-loop sources become most apparent. Excellent output power flatness and accuracy can be translated to the input port of the device under test with the power flatness correction feature of this source.

Keysight 81110A with 81112A/81112A Pulse Pattern Generator, 330 MHz

January 6, 2023

This unit includes two 81112A output modules.

Unit come calibrated, if current calibration date is less than 6 months until expiration, unit will be re-calibrated prior to shipping.

The Agilent 81110A is a 330 MHz single-/dual-channel Pulse Pattern Generator.

The alternative 81112A Output modules allow the 81110A to be used in applications up to 330 MHz. Instead of variable transitions, 800 ps or 1.6 ns edges can be selected. The source impedance is 50-ohm and supplies up to 3.8 Vpp into 50 ohms. Internal channel addition is not implemented.

NOTE:

Each Agilent 81110A 165/330 MHz single- or dual-channel Pulse Pattern Generator requires 1 or 2 of the following output channels:

– Agilent 81111A 165 MHz, 10 V, 50 Ohm into 50 Ohm

– Agilent 81112A 330 MHz, 3.8 V, 50 Ohm into 50 Ohm

Note: Only add together output modules of the same module number. A combination of the Agilent 81111A and Agilent 81112A in one Agilent 81110A is not possible.
