The TLA7N4 module offers high-speed state synchronous capture and high-speed timing capture through the same set of probes. It capitalizes on MagniVu technology to offer 500 ps timing on all channels, glitch and setup/hold triggering and display, and timestamp that is always on at up to 500 ps resolution. The TLA7000 Series logic analyzer modules are ideal for timing analysis, multi-processor/bus applications and embedded software analysis.
The Tek PS5004 is a one-wide precision power supply useable in the Tek TM5006 Power Module. It is not compatible with the TM500 power modules. The instrument is GPIB compatible. The PS5004 provides voltages from 0-20V over a current range of 0-300mA. The unit operates in constant voltage or constant current mode. A 4 1/2 digit DVM measures the output voltage, output current, or the current limit. The voltage sense terminals are provided on the front panel. Internal straps select either front panel or rear interface output.
The P6205 Probe is part of Tektronix’ line of Low Circuit Loading Signal Acquisition probes for CSA (Communications Signal Analyzers), DSA (Digitizing Signal Analyzers), 11000 Series and the TDS Family of Oscilloscopes. The P6205 is designed with FET devices for its inputs, which allows very high input resistance values and low input capacitances. Both Active FET probes provide a wide linear dynamic input range for accessing most digital device families using today’s logic voltage levels. Power for the P6205 is supplied by the CSA, DSA, TDS and 11000 Series mainframes through the TEKPROBE BNC Interface, eliminating the need for extra cabling and/or external power supplies. Probe information such as type, serial number, attenuation factor, offset scale factor, input resistance and termination resistance required is communicated through the TEKPROBE Interface between the Active Probe and the CSA, DSA and 11000 Series mainframes. This information is used by these oscilloscope mainframes during the scope initialization sequence and measurement analysis.
Optical Switch Card – Quad 1 X 2 Module
The N2280A (quad 1×2) optical module brings the flexibility of modular switching to optical test systems. With this optical switch, test engineers can set up an ATE system with just enough switching channels to fit the current application, adding more channels later as the application grows. Collimating lenses in the optical relays minimize switching insertion loss and improve switching repeatability and stability. This module is ideal for SONET/SDH test, fiber-optic component test, and fiber-optic network monitoring. It can also be used in fiber-optic network configuration and multi-source selection and measurement. Two channels in different modules can be synchronously switched with the “CARD PAIR” command. This module is optically passive, operating independently of data rate, data format, and optical signal direction – therefore transparent to signaling formats. The SC/APC connectors provide reliability and easy connection.
The Agilent 34906A RF multiplexer module for the 34970A Data Acquisition/Switch Unit offers broadband switching capabilities for high-frequency and pulsed signals. Use it to route test signals between your device under test and your signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, or other instrumentation. The RF multiplexers are arranged as two independent 1 x 4 multiplexers, each with a common shield and a switched center conductor. Connections can be made directly to SMB inputs with 2 GHz usable bandwidth, or to the BNC-to-SMB adapters provided with 1 bandwidth. Multiple banks may be cascaded together for applications requiring even larger topologies–create a stubless 16:1 multiplexer in a single frame.
