The Agilent 89441A covers baseband through RF frequencies of DC to 2.65 GHz in scalar and vector analysis modes. The scalar RF instrument mode allows full-frequency coverage in spans to 2648 MHz.
Vector RF mode offers exceptional speed and additional signal processing for enhanced time-domain characterization and demodulation. Vector spans as wide as 7 MHz can be selected anywhere in the 2.65 GHz frequency range. A vector baseband mode is also available to provide all of the features and functionality of the Agilent 89410A. In vector RF mode, both phase and amplitude characteristics are captured in the time-series data. This information can be processed for narrow resolution spectrum analysis, AM/FM/PM demodulation, time selective analysis, vector modulation analysis (optional), and many other types of measurements.
Keysight 11896A Polarization Controller
The Agilent 11896A Motorized Polarization Controller now with L-band capability provides a wide operating range (980 nm & 1250-1640 nm) for measuring optical components. The 11896A adjusts optical polarization and not power. Its optical fiber loop design provides all states of polarization with extremely small optical insertion-loss variations. This performance combination maximizes measurement accuracy for power-sensitive applications like polarization dependent loss and gain. This is because the uncertainty provided by the polarization controller is minimized.

The Agilent LXI-compliant 11713C attenuator/switch driver provides remote or front-panel drive control for 4 programmable attenuators and 4 SPDT switches. The Agilent 11713C can also be used to independently control up to 20 switches. Designed with both benchtop and ATE environments in mind, this flexible, stand-alone driver provides an intuitive user interface, a variety of switching options, software programmability and remote control features for quick, easy design validation and automated testing. An integrated power supply eliminates the need for an external power source. Each Agilent 11713C is offered with nine optional plug-in drive cables to provide point-to-point connection to Agilent programmable attenuators and switches. The driver response time is less than 10 microseconds.Front panel push-buttons and an easy-to-read LCD display simplify the setup of functions such as voltage, TTL functions, IP address, etc. Powerful software programming and a choice of GPIB, USB or LAN connectivity and software instrument drivers provide instrument and programming compatibility.
Read MoreThe HP/Agilent 8720D is a high performance vector network analyzer for laboratory or production measurements of reflection and transmission parameters. It integrates a hish resolution synthesized RF source, an S-Parameter test set, and a four channel, three input (four input receiver, Option 400) to measure and display magnatude, phase and group delay responses of active and passive RF networks.
Two independent primary channels, two auxiliary channels, and a large screen color display show the measured results of one or all channels, in cartesian or polar/Smith chart formats.
Keysight N8975A Noise Figure Analyzer 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz
.
The Agilent N8975A is a high performance noise figure analyzer designed to make fast, accurate and repeatable noise figure measurement. With the N8975A ease of use features, you can set up complex measurements simply and easily giving you repeatable and reliable results you can trust. The N8975A offers simultaneous noise figure and gain measurements with the ability to view, print and save the data/display in multiple formats. The N8975A also has the ability to characterize amplifiers and frequency translating devices, including LO control over dedicated 2nd GPIB. The N8975A offers increased measurement accuracy and faster measurement speed over previous Agilent noise figure meters, as well as six user selectable measurement bandwidths.
Spectral purity is the key contribution of the Agilent 8663A signal generator, making it ideal for many radar, satellite communication, and phase noise measurement applications. Typical absolute phase noise performance of this generator at a 1 kHz offset is as low as -135 dBc/Hz, depending on the band of operation. The frequency range of the Agilent 8663A is 100 kHz to 2560 MHz. It offers versatile AM, FM, phase (option 002), and pulse modulation using either internal or externally applied modulating signals. A programmable 10 Hz to 99.9 kHz modulation synthesizer provides internal rate generation for all four modulation types and can be swept in either a log or linear fashion. The signal generator also has simultaneous modulation capability. The Agilent 8663A has the U.S. Air Force MATE capability via Option 700. This option is an external translator that allows the signal generator to be controlled by the MATE language, CIIL.
Calibration Included.
