The Agilent 53181A RF counter provides fast, precise results with the core measurements needed for RF tests. It provides the same signal processing and test automation features as the Agilent 53131A and Agilent 53132A universal counters, along with 10 digits/second resolution. The Agilent 53181A offers a single 225 MHz channel standard, and you can choose an optional second channel that measures up to 1.5 GHz, 3 GHz, 5 GHz or 12.4 GHz.
The Agilent 5316B is a low-cost, high-performance universal counter offering frequency, period, time interval, ratio, and totalize measurements. Unique counting circuitry delivers the best of both reciprocal and conventional frequency counting. Programmable functions include all measurement modes, plus trigger level and trigger slope controls.
The 5316B is encased in high-quality metal that meets strict standards for electromagnetic compatibility, making it suited to applications such as low-level receiver or high-power transmitter testing. With standard HP-IB interfacing, 5316B is suited for ATE system design or other environments where interference from other equipment is a concern.
An optional 1-GHz C channel extends the frequency range for navigations and communications applications. A high-stability oven oscillator can also be added for higher accuracy in demanding environments.
The Agilent 53132A universal counter has frequency resolution of 12 digits per second, 150 ps time interval resolution and a complete set of test and analysis features. The unit comes with two 225 MHz channels, and you can choose an optional third channel that measures up to 3 GHz, 5 GHz or 12.4 GHz.

The E3458A processor probe provides an inexpensive way to control target microcontroller operation during the hardware and software development phases of Motorola CPU32-based prototypes. The processor probe controls the target microcontroller through the Motorola Background Mode Debug (BDM) port. Connection of a processor probe to a PC or workstation is made via LAN or RS-232.
The 8112A is a fully programmable 50 MHz pulse generator with 5 ns transitions and 32 V p-p (into open circuit) max output amplitude. All pulse parameters are variable including delay and double pulse spacing. Besides the comprehensive trigger modes, external modulation capabilities extend applicability; upper level, width, period and delay-modulated signals are available. These can be combined with the trigger modes so that complex real-life signals like modulated bursts are simulated easily.
